With an initial desire to pursue a career in the Insurance business space, Bosun studied and graduated with a degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

He later veered into the Oil and Gas sector becoming a leading Energy Consultant. After several entrepreneurial collaboration with the Nigerian Petroleum Corporation, he became the Managing Director of West African Methanol where he worked for ten years before establishing Petrobridge LTD.

In 2013, Bosun commenced his entrant to the Defense sector and swiftly created technical alliances between Petrobridge LTD and various International Conglomerates like Leornado SPA; a global high-tech Italian company and a key player in Aerospace, Defense and Security; Otokar,a Turkish military vehicle manufacturer; Offshore Nautica, Italian boat builders; China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), a global leading Construction company with expertise in roads, tunnels, railways, bridges amongst others.

Today, Bosun operates in the Defense, Energy and Construction Sectors.

Co-founder/Vice Chairman/Executive Director

A Professional Pharmacist with a master degree in business administration; who through the years has evolved as an Entrepreneur with a passion for the development of Nigeria and its social structures. Her expertise in the area of Marketing, Project and Strategic Management enhanced her ability to actualize business concepts across various sectors of the economy.

Yinka started her career with a leading Multinational Company Sanofi Aventis and became the first female Executive Director of the then Nigerian Affiliate, May & Baker (M&B) as well as one of the pioneer Directors of Biovaccines LTD; an M&B subsidiary seeking to pioneer the manufacturing of Vaccines in Nigeria. She exited her career with the company as a Chief Operating Officer and thereafter founded the Megacare Group in the Healthcare sector.

Yinkas quest for innovative Business expansion got her veering into the Energy, Defense and Construction sectors.

Yinka is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing, a member of the International Institute of Directors, a member of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce amongst a host of other professional groups.
